Leslie is a lifelong horsewoman with extensive knowledge on rehabilitation, particularly with horses having feed and foot issues. Leslie is an advocate of Natural Hoof Trimming/ the barefoot horse movement. Leslie's Kingsland, Texas rehabilitation facility, Little Thunder Stables, which specializes in navicular and founder cases, was both the inspiration and motivation behind the development of the Texas Hay Net.
